Women of Asphalt Kentucky would like to host two events a year in order to continue growing our Women of Asphalt community. We look forward to hosting our next event soon!

Past Events
The Plantmix Asphalt Industry of Kentucky hosted it’s first Women of Asphalt event prior to the start of their annual Summer Meeting in June 2019. This luncheon featured a time for networking around the room, as well as interactive questions within table groups. Nicole Nason, Federal Highway Administrator, joined our group as our Keynote Speaker.

130 men and women from across the industry gathered in support of Kentucky’s second Women of Asphalt event. This luncheon, held in conjunction with PAIKY’s annual Winter Training School in March 2020, featured a time for networking around the room and in small table groups. Tori Murden McClure, President of Spalding University, was the Keynote Speaker.

Women of Asphalt Kentucky partnered with Blankenship Asphalt Tech & Training and Boyd CAT to host the first Winter Series events in early December 2022. Our goal was to reach a widespread audience across the state and to provide a networking and educational event. Each event was coupled with a Plantmix Asphalt Industry of Kentucky committee meeting. Event proceeds were directed to the Women of Asphalt Kentucky Branch Scholarship fund.
