Program Details

This awards program is open PAIKY member companies only. Each producer member of PAIKY may enter only one project in each category.

To qualify for submission, projects must have been substantially completed within 12 months of the deadline. Late submittals will NOT be considered.  Projects must be substantially complete with the final riding surface.

Cost per nomination is $200 and, if selected as a winning project, includes two plaques (one for the contractor and one for the owner/agency). Additional plaques maybe purchased.

Applications will be reviewed, with an established rubric, by an evaluation team. The top three projects, in each category, will move to the next phase – a site visit.

If selected as a winning project in one of the categories, the primary contact will be notified. Contractor and agency employees will be recognized during the annual PAIKY Winter Training School.

PAIKY Producer Members will be required to submit their application into a Google Form and upload quality control data (Excel Spreadsheet) and project photos (aerial/overview, close up for mat texture, mix quality, segregation, joints, project complexities, etc.) as part of the process.  The initial evaluations will be based solely on data provided by the contractors.
