PAIKY’s success is due in part to members participation in our committees.

The Winter School Committee works along side office staff to plan our annual Winter Training School.

The Technical Committee takes the lead on technical issues that our membership faces.

The Marketing Committee gathers to discuss marketing efforts across the state and how to best reach our target audiences.

The Environmental, Health, & Safety Committee watches for environmental issues that arise and develops strategies on how to handle the issues.

The Women of Asphalt Committee focuses on supporting women in all aspects of the asphalt industry through mentoring, education, and advocacy, and by encouraging women to seek careers in the asphalt industry.

Also, PAIKY has developed a Workforce Development Task Force to combat the ever-growing workforce development crisis that our industry faces.
